The Office of Cultural Affairs held a public meeting on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 6 p.m. to brief the public and receive comments on a proposed 5th Amendment to the Use Agreement for the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center between the City of Dallas and the Dallas Symphony Association, Inc. The meeting was held in Horchow Hall at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, 2301 Flora Street, Dallas, Texas 75201.
