During the pandemic, Barbie Bernier is available for hire as a model, as well as a program coordinator to assist artists in adapting their programming and artistry during these unconventional times.
Barbie Bernier is a Puerto Rican actress, model, writer, photographer, social media marketer, and program coordinator. She began her career at the University of North Texas where she studied Theatre, before signing with the Clutts Agency and working with Dallas theatre companies like Teatro Dallas, Cara Mia Theatre, and Undermain Theatre.
Barbie Bernier was raised in Dallas, TX. As a writer, much of her work reflects her multicultural experience as a Caribbean Latinx growing up in the South. Her first full-length play was produced as a reading in 2018 by Arts Mission Oak Cliff and explores the beauty and challenges of entering a bicultural romantic relationship. In addition to modeling, acting, and writing, she works with local artists to produce web series and coordinate local events such as the BIPOC Healing Circle with Artstillery held in June 2020.
