Collective Reflection workshops offer an improvisation-based dance ‘class’ to help you find empowerment and new perspectives through movement. Each session starts with a guided warm-up - incorporating elements of meditation, Gyrokinesis, Feldenkrais (Awareness Through Movement), and modern/contemporary dance.
