Join spoken word artist Alex Tha Great for a poetry writing workshop open to all levels of learners. Through brainstorming exercises, poem analysis, drafting, and word-building activities, participants will explore ways to bring depth and emotion to their writing while building on their own personal stories. Guided by professional performance poet Alex Tha Great and supported by games, memory exercises, and other creative tools, this workshop encourages everyone to think outside the box and use creative writing to illuminate their own identity through self-reflection.
