About Cultural Funding Programs:
Funding Programs is a division of the Office of Arts and Culture that is dedicated to providing funding each fiscal year (FY) to eligible artists, nonprofits, and Dallas residents who apply through our funding programs.
Our Funding Programs (FY 22-23):
ArtsActivate is the project-based cultural funding program through which the OAC will provide funding for qualifying arts and cultural projects in the City of Dallas. ArtsActivate is open for proposals from non-profit arts/cultural organizations, social services organizations, individual artists, artist collectives and other eligible non-profit organizations.
Cultural Organizations Program (COP) provides operational support to established organizations with budgets over $100,000. COP provides funding for annual operating support for arts groups, with additional support for the operation of city-owned facilities.

Community Artist Program (CAP)
The Community Artist Program (CAP) allocates annual funding for culturally based and ethnic-specific artists to provide no-cost services to residents of Dallas.
