DESCRIPTION:Forget Me Not\nAugust 8 – September 18\, 2026\nOak Cliff Cultural Center\nReception: August 8\, 6:00 – 8:00 pm | Artist Talk: 5:00 – 6:00 pm \n“Forget Me Not” examines the preservation of memories around love\, self-exploration\, and grief toward collective healing after living and cross-pollinating on the border town of Brownsville\, Texas\, in March 2024 as part of the Flower Shop’s Artist in Residency. This exhibition is a token of keeping love and memories alive through photography\, sculpture\, painting\, printmaking\, textiles\, and animation to explore ideas of remembrance\, healing\, placemaking\, re-building\, and nostalgia.
