: Choreographer, Instructor, and Dancer
Hi there! My name is Marin Rose and I am a fierce advocate for access to the performing arts, especially for kids. I have been dancing for the past 24 years as well as teaching and choreographing dance for the past 10. My background and training is in classical ballet and modern, and I enjoy choreographing and performing especially in Musical Theater. While my work has moved me around the country, I am a proud native of Dallas and love being a part of the arts community in North Texas. I am offering online dance classes for kids ages 3+ through a platform I created called Dance! For Kids Online. These pre-recorded classes can be downloaded at any time of day from anywhere (via the website) so working parents don't have to worry about live class schedules during this time of at-home learning. My goal with Dance! For Kids Online is to continue to provide access to dance classes for kids that is both affordable and flexible for parents!

Marin Rose earned her BFA in Dance from the Conservatory of Performing Arts at Point Park University, graduating Cum Laude in 3 years. Additional training includes The Ailey School, Interlochen Center for the Arts and The American Dance Festival. Professionally, Marin has toured both Nationally and Internationally with AGT Semi-Finalist Lightwire Theater, leading Master Classes and Talk Backs. She has also performed at multiple regional houses, like Pittsburgh Musical Theater and Cumberland Theatre as well as at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL. Choreography Credits include Stagedoor Manor (AC), the Distinguished Young Women State Programs, feature film "Haunting at the Beacon," short film "Shake and Bake," Cumberland Theatre, The Richard E. Rauh Conservatory at Pittsburgh Musical Theater, Suffolk Dance Catalog, and numerous dance schools and studios. When Marin isn't performing, you can find her in a studio teaching and sharing her passion for dance with students!
