Irving, Texas based painter, Rebecca Prince, has been wielding her brush since 2016. Painting mostly portraits, Rebecca explores various mediums and techniques.

Motivated by learning and problem solving, you will often find Rebecca in
the studio playing with “all of the things” trying to create her next masterpiece. Rebecca continues to experiment with the balance between realism and abstraction, a dance between tiny details and simplifying to only what is essential.

Heritage String Quartette

The Heritage String Quartette is a new musical group in the DFW metroplex .

Composed of four young area string musicians, we perform a unique style of music arranged by maestro Roger Boykin. A string quartet typically consist of two violinist, a violist, and a cellist. This form of music has been used by famous composers like Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, and others. Our quartet’s works are short, melodic, and harmonic following American song form rather than traditional structures.

Goisagi

Goisagi is a taiko ensemble from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Goisagi brings to stage over 30 years combined percussion experience that adds a new flavor to traditional taiko music. Currently members are Sean Ibanez, Kena Sosa, Jay Cantu, Kris Wong, Mayuri Patel, Maddie Blocker. Goisagi has performed on and off stage for marathons, corporate team building and celebratory events, weddings, and festivals. All of Goisagi’s material is originally composed and bursts with choreographed visuals and dynamic solos, guaranteeing a unique percussion experience. Members Sean Ibanez and Kena Sosa are endorsed Creative Percussion Artists. In April 2022, Goisagi released its first EP, bursting with sound and imagery called Alight. Alight is available at Amplify 817 and streaming platforms. The release was followed by a performance at SXSW 2022. Goisagi was recently nominated for the Fort Worth Weekly Year of Music awards.

Amber Goodwin is a fluid artist with a passion for teaching others the Dutch Bloom and Art Bloom techniques from Rinske Down, Shelee Carruthers and Molly Leach. She finds her color inspiration from the culture of New Mexico and loves to experiment with and is fascinated by the different paint densities and how they may react to a certain pouring medium. These experiments create beautiful contrast and interesting depth in her pieces. Amber loves to teach and has over 1,000 followers on her YouTube channel.
