I have been a professional Theatre Artist in the D/FW area since 1985. I have worked for most local theatres, including a twenty year association with Theatre Three, which included a two year stint as Interim Artistic Director. I have done most things that are related to Live Theatre including Directing, Designing and Writing. My Work has been recognized by The TCG, The Doris Duke Charitable, The Dallas/ Ft Worth Theatre Critics Association, The Leon Rabin Awards, The Column Awards, The South West Playwriting Festival and The Pride Write Playwrighting Festival.
I have been sewing Standard CDC Designed Masks during the pandemic. I have also been designing, creating and altering clothing for people. I am currently illustrating a Children's Book.
Upon receiving my BFA from Midwestern State, I began my career in Dallas as an intern at Theatre Three. Since then I have directed, designed or written for Stage West, Uptown Players, Kitchen Dog Theatre, The Pocket Sandwich Theatre, Circle Theatre, Addison Centre Theatre, Garland Civic, Shakespeare Dallas, The Junior Players, Fort Worth Shakespeare in the Park, Our Productions, Mainstage, Upstart Theatre Company and New Theatre Company, where I was Artistic Director for 7 years.
I Direct, Design Costumes, Design Scenery, Write Plays, Sew, Draw and Paint.
